I’m woke up at 5 am naturally, went for a run šŸƒšŸ½ā€ā™€ļø, followed by yoga šŸ§˜šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø practice. I’m ready for the Juice Feasting day šŸ‰šŸŠšŸ„’šŸ„•

We prepared food all day but eat none 🤐, only drinking juices we made yesterday. 

Today we made:

• Kale chips with cashew cheese šŸ§€ 

• BĆŗfalo aubergine šŸ† and 🄦brócoli

• Rye crackers

• Red burger

• Coconut 🄄 wrap

• Noni Macerado 

• Black burger & black burger buns 

• Dehydrated pineapple šŸ 

• Linseed spicy crackers 

• Plantain šŸŒ spicy treats
